Built for First Responders

Got questions about launching your branded online store?

Here’s everything you need to know before you sign up—no inventory, no upfront costs, no hassle.

What is a First Responder Store?

It’s a custom-branded online storefront where your employees, members, or supporters can order company- or organization-branded merchandise and apparel on demand — no inventory, no upfront investment, no operational burden on your team.

What does it cost to set up a store?
Nothing. There are zero setup costs, no subscription fees, and no minimum purchase requirements. You’re not buying a service — you’re getting a sales channel built for you.
How long does it take to launch?
Once we have your logo/brand assets and product selections confirmed, stores typically launch within a short turnaround, often less than 24 hours — most of the work happens on our end, not yours.
What do we need to provide to get started?
Your logo files (vector/high-res preferred), brand colors, and a sense of which products and audiences you want to serve (employees only, public-facing, event-specific, etc.). We handle design, mockups, and store build-out.
Do we need to buy in bulk or hold inventory?
No. Everything is produced on-demand, per order. There’s no minimum purchase requirement and nothing sits in a warehouse — that eliminates waste, storage costs, and guesswork on sizing/quantities.
Who fulfills and ships the orders?
Orders are produced and shipped directly to the buyer through our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners. Your team never touches inventory or handles shipping logistics.
Can we control what products are available?
Yes. We curate the product catalog with you — apparel, drinkware, bags, safety gear, etc. — so only approved items and approved branding go live on the store.
Can we run limited-time or event-specific stores?
Yes. We can spin up a dedicated store window for an event, conference, fundraiser, or seasonal campaign, then close it when the window ends.
Is there a revenue-share opportunity?
In many cases, yes. Organizations can build in a margin on top of production costs — turning the store into a modest revenue stream or a subsidized perk program for members/employees, depending on the structure you want.
What's the real ROI here?
You get a branded perk/benefit for your people, professional-quality merchandise without operational overhead, and (if structured that way) a revenue channel — all without tying up capital in inventory.
How do you make sure the artwork looks right on the products?
Our team reviews and preps all artwork for print-readiness before it goes live — proper resolution, color mode, and file formatting — so there are no surprises with quality once orders start coming in.
Can we restrict who has access to the store?
Yes. Stores can be public, password-protected, or limited to specific groups (employees, members, chapter locations, etc.), depending on your privacy and access needs.
Can we have multiple stores under one organization (e.g., different departments, chapters, or locations)?
Yes — we currently run multi-location setups like this for organizations with dozens of individual locations, each with tailored branding, all under a unified program.
Who maintains the store after launch?
We do. Updates to products, seasonal refreshes, and technical maintenance are handled on our end — your team isn’t managing a storefront, it’s just pointing people to a link.
What if we want to add new products or retire old ones later?
Easy — just tell us what you’d like changed, and we update the catalog. There’s no long-term contract locking you into a fixed set of products.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No subscription fees and no long-term obligation are required to get started — the model is designed to be low-risk for you to try.
What happens if we want to cancel or pause the store?
Since there’s no subscription or minimum purchase commitment, pausing or discontinuing a store is straightforward and doesn’t leave you holding unsold inventory or unpaid fees.
